Kinesiology & Athletics Complex | Orange Coast College

The new complex relocates the Kinesiology & Athletics department to a state of the art facility that is designed with accessibility at the heart of the design. This new facility houses the department’s main offices, physical education rooms, training spaces, locker rooms, shaded bleachers, associated support spaces, and two new pools; one 65 meter competition long course swimming pool and a 25 yard instructional / therapy pool. The grand deck canopy that suspends column free above the bleachers measure 9,250 square feet and the complex buildings house 47,000 square feet of the Kinesiology and Athletic department’s operations.

Ogunpa River Boardwalk Development | Ibadan, Nigeria

Concept for an infill mixed use development along the Ogunpa River in Ibadan, Nigeria. The development brings synergy to the dilapidated existing complex by bringing together an amusement park, retail, convention center, live/work hub, and a 5-star hotel that takes inspiration from the kufi cap – a traditional nigerian hat.
