Once a direction has been established, illustrative & visual tools are imperative in discovering and understanding the project. Using immersive technology we assist in establishing a definitive vision. To list a few, we employ 360 degree photography, 3d modeling (virtual & physical), illustration/renderings & virtual reality

A clear picture has been determined and this is where dreams begin to meet reality. At this stage, we develop a manual of drawings and specifications. How well these building instructions are refined will be a gauge of how successful your project will be built. The level of detail & care involved in how we approach this phase is our “blueprint” in making your project not only come alive, but sing!

Most projects require the review and inspection from any agencies or authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs), such as your local building department. These AHJs require the appropriate forms, documentation, information, and (at times) an Architect to review, approve and issue a permit for construction. In conjunction with responding to the reviewing AHJs, we assist in obtaining, developing and submitting all the required documentation to achieve the required compliance and issuance of the building permit.

Plans almost never go as planned, but the process can become easier and even enjoyable when you have an experienced member on your team.
